We want you to feel confident before placing your order. Samples are free, and we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to check the fabric quality, color, and texture before purchasing yardage or rolls.
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our fabric and cut-to-order process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled. Only orders damaged or defective due to a shipping error may be reviewed case by case, but all other sales remain final and non-refundable.
