This quick guide shows how many yards you may need for common uses like tablecloths, overlays, and backdrops.

Table Overlays & Banquet Tables
• Square overlay → 2 yards
 • Rectangle , half drop → 3 yards
• 6 ft banquet table, full drop → 8 yards
• 8 ft banquet table, full drop → 9 yards

Backdrop Curtains / Pipe-and-Drape
• 9 ft height → 3 yards
• 12 ft height → 4 yards
• 21 ft height → 7 yards

Round Tablecloths
• 90″ round → 5 yards
• 108″ round → 7 yards
• 120″ round → 8 yards
• 132″ round → 11 yards
