If you are not sure and certain about product color or quality ,you may ask for swatch before ordering it
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made and cut pieces fabric  such as fabric by yard ,tablecloth ,back drop ,runners  cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are used dyed cut and so on 


there is %45 restocking fee for any return order we will deducted the shipping charge also buyer is responsible for shipping charges 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
